An Act to amend the Indian Act.

 

[Assented to 31st March, 1960.]

 

HER Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

 

1. Subsection (2) of section 86 of the Indian Act is repealed.

 

1. This Act shall come into force on a day to be fixed by proclamation of the Governor in Council.
